SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How does shipping work?

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Upon shipping, you’ll be sent an email with your tracking details. 

Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping can take 2 - 8 business days. FREE POSTAGE for all orders over $20.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Yes you can! If your order was placed within the last 90 minutes, you can update your delivery address, email, number or other personal details. Simply email 'customer@smellyalater.com.au' to update your details. Please provide the following details when contacting us:

And inform us what you’d like to be changed. 

*Please be aware that if your order has already been processed, amendments may not be possible, however we’ll certainly do our utmost to assist you.*

My order is lost or hasn't been delivered?

Orders may take 2-8 business days for standard delivery, however once it leaves our depot, it is dependent on external postal services and delays are out of our control.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please contact us and we’ll launch an investigation with our carrier. 

We’ll be doing our best to resolve the situation in a timely manner. 

What is your refund policy?

At Smell Ya Later, we want to ensure that you have the best shopping experience with us and hassle-free as possible. 

We do accept returns, provided that the product is not damaged or used, and remains in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Products may consist of: 

  • Gift Cards
  • Products that have been personalised, customised or altered
  • Damaged products due to misuse, mishandling or accidents
  • Opened or used products

Please contact our customer support team at ‘customer@smellyalater.com.au’ within 30 days of your purchase date to receive further details about your return. 

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of the product being faulty when received, such as; wrong item or defective product. 

Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect for quality and damage to ensure that it meets our return regulations. If the returned items are approved, we will be contact you via email.

Refund Process

You will receive store credit equivalent to your purchase amount once your returned items are approved. 

However if your products were returned due to fault on our end, you will have the option of a full refund, product replacement or store credit.

What are the Air-Fresheners made from?

Our Air-Fresheners consist of cotton and offset paper.

Do you offer wholesale purchases?

We are excited to offer our products at wholesale prices to businesses and retailers who are interested in partnering with us.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! You can have your order shipped as a gift by entering the address of the gifted recipient and providing your address in the ‘billing’ section.

To include special messages for the recipient, just write it in the ‘notes’ section, and our team will take care of the rest!

How do I use the discount code?

Go to the checkout page with your desired products, you’ll be able to see a box that says ‘Gift card or discount code’.

Enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’ to see the discount before making the payment, prompting you how much you’ll save!
